FLEXIBLE POLICY OF VILLA OF ROSES

• RESERVATION

You can make your reservation by clicking the button BOOK NOW. Soon you will receive a confirmation mail with the data of your reservation. In order to confirm your reservation the deposit is equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.

• CHECK IN- CHECK OUT

Check in: from 15:00 p.m
Check out: before 11:00 a.m.
Early check in: after consultation with the owner for availability and free of charge.
Late check out: After consultation with the owner for availability, to stay until 18:00 costs equal to 50% of the value of the room rate, while to stay beyond 18:00 the charge is equal to 100% of the room rate.
For your convenience, if you are going to arrive too early or too late, we advise you to inform us in advance.

• MINIMUM STAY TO THE HOUSE

The minimum stay is 3 days.

• CANCELATION

If canceled 2 weeks prior to arrival there will be no charge.

Cancellations received within 2 weeks before arrival will be charged with the total cost of the reservation.

If cancelled after the payment of the total cost or if the guest doesn’t appear will be charged with the total cost of the stay.

In case of departure before the booked date, a cancellation fee of 50% for the rest of the booked stay will be charged.

We reserve the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address.

• CHILDREN 

Children up to 3 years old are free of charge! There is free baby-cot & high chair upon request!

• PETS

The pets in general are allowed, the policy is quite flexible and based on the size of the pet. So call us and discuss your situation.

• CREDIT CARDS & DEBIT CARDS

The following cards are accepted:
VISA / MasterCard /Maestro/ China Union Pay/ American Express/ Diners

We reserve the right the credit card verification before guest’s arrival to secure the reservation.

• SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in the house.
