We enforce a rigorous cleaning regime and thorough sanitization practices in all rooms, common areas and ‘back of house’ for your safety. We keep attention to the “Key Touchpoints”, like handles, keys, switches, door handles, touched surfaces, remote controls, bathroom handles etc.

IN DETAILS…

  • Rooms are left unoccupied for at least 24 hours before they welcome the next guests
  • We have removed immaterial objects (pillows, bedding) from all rooms and shared multi-purpose items such as menus, magazines, etc.
  • TV and AIR conditioner controls have disposable covers
  • Fabric surfaces (eg furniture) are cleaned with a steam appliance
  • Doors and windows of all rooms are opened daily for natural ventilation
  • Laundry is done on-site to avoid unnecessary contact with others outside the villa. For handling and sorting of linen we follow thermal disinfection guidelines of World Health Organization to apply a wash process with a temperature of 70°C/158°F for 25 minutes.

We enhance disinfection and deep cleaning practices in accordance to EODY instructions.
